MICCRA-MIX After-Sales Service Terms

provides a 2+1 years product warranty Globally.

I. Warranty Period

  1.  The product is covered by a 2+1 years warranty, commencing on the date of factory acceptance and qualification of the instrument.
  2. Within the warranty period, if the instrument/equipment malfunctions and meets warranty terms, the original warranty period shall not be extended after warranty repair services are completed.

II. Warranty Coverage

  1.  During the warranty period, the Supplier shall provide free repair and replacement of spare parts for malfunctions and performance degradation caused by inherent design defects, raw material quality issues or manufacturing process flaws of the instrument/equipment. A backup unit may be provided when necessary.
  2.  Free warranty services include: fault diagnosis, repair labor costs, genuine qualified original parts, and post-repair commissioning.
  3. Logistics Costs: The user shall bear the freight for sending faulty instruments/equipment to our factory or designated service center. The return delivery cost to the user shall be borne by our company.

III. Exclusions from Warranty

  1.  仪器/设备的易损耗材(如:分散刀头的轴承)。
  2.  仪器/设备使用过程被样品腐蚀(如:搅拌机钻夹头被样品的腐蚀性气体腐蚀;样品蒸汽进入主机,造成主机损坏)。
  3. 需方未按照产品说明书、操作手册要求进行安装、操作、维护、保养导致的产品损坏。
  4. 产品因意外事故、人为损坏、擅自拆卸、改装、更换非原厂零部件造成的故障。
  5.  因不可抗力(包括但不限于地震、火灾、洪水、雷击、电压异常波动等)导致的产品损坏。
  6.  产品的保修标识、序列号被涂改、撕毁或无法辨认,且无有效购买凭证、验收报告的。
  7. 保修期届满后出现的任何故障。
  8.  需方要求的超出产品标准配置和功能的额外服务,如非必要的上门培训、定制化软件修改等。

IV. Disclaimer

  1.  供方仅对产品本身的质量问题承担保修责任,不承担因产品故障导致的需方间接损失,包括但不限于停产损失、数据丢失、第三方索赔等。
  2.  未经供方书面许可,需方自行委托第三方维修的,供方不再承担任何保修责任。
